It was clear to us that LG Planning Group needed a new offering. Known in the employee benefits services arena for over 40 years, we needed to round out their offering to better serve their customers. We sat in on several key client meetings to better understand their customers’ needs and helped LG build out their full suite of products.

The Solution

We took a holistic approach to LG’s overall brand messaging. We integrated the full suite of products while showing their customers the end benefits to working with one firm to support all of their needs.

We created an inbound marketing plan by applying HubSpot’s Flywheel strategy. By creating an offering that provided value before extracting value. This excited LG’s sales team as they now were seen as not selling prospective customers, but offering insights and valuable knowledge before ever sending a quote or estimate.
